We had an estate sale of our family home after the passing of my father, which was very complex due to having 6 family members with differing opinions, personalities, etc. We also needed to update this very large 22 year old home to make it sell-able. Frances masterfully navigated through all that. She was there for us the entire way and was there on her hands and knees scrubbing and fixing side by side with us. Her knowledge of real estate, marketing, design, and business are impeccable. She and her team are the hardest working agents in the industry. I can't say enough good.
