Giovanni Mejia

Giovanni made the hard parts of buying a home seem easy! He was with us each step of the way and listened to all the things we wanted in our new home. He sent us updates daily on the lates listings that met our requirements and was the key to finding out home. We will definitely be asking for his help again!

We initially were given Giovanni's name through our Credit Union and since we didn't have a relationship with a Real Estate Agent we followed their recommendation. We were so glad we did. Giovanni was great in every aspect of the purchasing process. He provided an MLS search engine website so my wife and I could seek out homes that we were interested in. Once we compiled a list we contacted Giovanni and he was always very responsive to show us the homes as soon as possible. Once we found our home he was always there to walk us through each step of the purchase. He even came to our house inspection. When the seller required we use their lender he was instrumental in making sure we got the best deal with our home loan. Giovanni is a true professional that cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to contact him for real estates services and look forward to a lasting relationship going forward.

Even after we took him out of his comfort zone of the OC and into the Inland Empire, he was an amazing agent. He explained the different steps to us as we went and what to expect at every stage. I was very hands on in the selection process and no matter how ridiculous the question, he never made me feel like it wasn't a valid question to ask. Every house that I found online and was interested in, he inquired about and made sure we got some sort of response. To this day, almost 4yrs later, he still calls and checks in with us and if there is ever anything we need with regards to the house, I guarantee that he'll be our first call.

I purchased my first home with Giovanni"s help. People would tell me how much of a pain and headache it is going to be when trying to buy a home. However, I didn't feel any of that, Gio had made it very very easy for me, he worked with my busy schedule and is always available when I have questions about anything. He always sent me emails of properties I may be interested in and is always trying to get me the best deal. He made the whole process from beginning to end seems like it was so easy! Even though his job was done in buying me a home, he would still contact me asking how things are going and how is the home and etc.. I was appreciative that he did not just do his job and disappeared. I would recommended him to everyone and I will sure be contacting him again on my next purchase!
