Owner/Broker has been actively brokering real estate since January 2005. Prior to operating Ciano Real Estate, Frank received a bachelors degree from California Polytechnic University, became an Associate for a real estate group where he received top sales Associate three consecutive years, then opened and managed an office for the same group until he decided to create his own venture. He has represented a wide variety of clients from first time homebuyers to investors, and developers.
