Garrett was super responsive, available and flexible from initial home showings through the buying process. I had no doubt I could get a hold of him or squeeze a showing in if I needed to. He was also willing to show me places multiple times and found out more info when I was looking for it. He clearly works very hard, long hours.

Garrett is everything I could have hoped for in an agent. He ALWAYS went above and beyond for me from start to finish and gave me reputable recommendations on pretty much everything. The thought of purchasing my first home in the midst of a pandemic was not how I pictured this experience whatsoever. There were several times I wanted to just give up and hope that maybe in a few years it would work out. My realtor Garrett knew that I was more than ready to purchase a home and honestly was more motivated to find me a home at times than I was. This roller coaster of a ride to buy a home began back in July, when I found a condo I loved and made my first offer, hoping that it would be accepted. It was not, and over the course of the next several months Garrett and I went to multiple properties. There are many details but very long story short I was in escrow two separate times when unfortunately the deals fell through, the first one fell through literally the night before I was scheduled to sign all of the paperwork. Garrett had to call me that night to tell me that the documents we had JUST received indicated that this deal would not be financially right for me. I was bummed, but incredibly thankful that I had a realtor that was looking through every single detail for me and caught something I know I wouldnt have. A little over a month ago the property I made my first offer on came back on the market and I wanted to go for it, again. I reached out to Garrett as soon as I saw it and within 24 hours my second offer was submitted. I cant stress enough how incredibly knowledgeable Garrett is in his field of work, how reliable and responsive he is. When I say I would go no more than 15-20 minutes without some kind of response or answer to a question I mean 15-20 minutes. Not a day or a couple of hours. If you have a question, it WILL get answered in a timely manner. I dont think Ive ever seen someone work so incredibly hard, and lets be honest here I knew all along hes not going to get rich off of any purchase I made, but the way he treated me as a client made me feel like I was purchasing a multimillion dollar home. This may seem obvious, but knowing who is selling and what is being sold in granular detail makes a huge difference.
