We hired Avenue3realty in July to list my mother-in-laws home in Lemon Grove.Her house was overbuilt for the area and therefore we knew it would be challenging to get our price.Angie was extremely supportive in assisting us to get the maximum price for our property. Looking for a house in this market right now is frustrating... Both Gina and Angie made it really easy for us buying our first home. I would compare them to momma bears, they fiercely protected us every step of the way and truly saw that we got what we wanted. As a first time home buyer it's scary just to look at numbers that are written down with words you barely understand and makes you think twice to proceed in buying but with Gina and Angie they made me feel very comfortable and confident to go ahead and buy.
