Heather is in a class by herself. By far the most professional, knowledgeable, sensitive, competent, and industrious agent with which we have ever had the pleasure of collaborating. Takes the initiative on sales, pricing and presentation strategies based on her intimate knowledge of the area and market. Her judgement is flawless. She uses a team of trusted fellow professionals to assess and address issues with the property prior to listing. She has an intimate working knowledge of residential property systems such as HVAC, and is on site and available whenever required. She has a most cheerful, positive attitude, and goes way beyond what one expects from a realtor because she understands your needs and cares about executing all phases of the transaction consistent with your best interests. She sold our property and our neighbor's in just days in a very challenging Covid environment. Heather will forever be our standard for real estate professionals. She is most highly recommended.
