James Peterson has been a top agent and successful real estate investor for over 17 years in Northern California. Shortly after developing a highly successful real estate team in the Silicon Valley, James and his family fell in love with the beauty and desirable outdoor lifestyle that El Dorado Hills and surrounding areas presented and decided to pick up and move. Learning from some of the most successful real estate investors and coaches, James and his team have built a great business to not only serve clients through buying and selling homes but coach them in building wealth through real estate investing. James grew up in Oregon, is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, boating, golf, hunting and snowboarding. Before he was a real estate expert he was a Certified Personal Trainer, commercial fisherman in Alaska and collegiate athlete in 2 sports, baseball and basketball.
