I opened a new branch office for Crye-Leike Realtors, which expanded to Nashville in 1992 from Memphis where they were the number one company. In 2 years, we became the leading Nashville company. Our office is one of the leading Nashville branch offices (20 in all) with the most agents and the highest number of transactions. I supervised the construction of a new branch office building in 1995 and a new addition in 1997 and 1999 to add more office space. We currently occupy 11,000 square feet. My current responsibilities include recruiting, training, counseling as well as full operational responsibilities of the office. I supervise an office staff.
