Horrific. I hired Janet based on the recommendation of a co-worker. She bait and switched me with some of her "team" members, who actually turned out to be good. However, I was expecting to deal with her when I signed on. And then when I attempted to call her on it she claimed she was in the midst of "personal issues" and disappeared off the face of the earth. Anyway, overall I had a very unprofessional experience.
