Janet and Rob has been a pleasure to work with. We purchased from them and sold the same house 2 years later. They are very professional and knowledgable about Ladera and the surrounding areas. My wife and I are both in Real Estate so our standards are high, and Janet and Rob exceeded our expectations. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking to sell/buy a home in OC. They were able to get us our full asking price on our former home and were very good at understanding exactly what we were looking to buy so we were able to find our new home quickly. We were forced to change lenders partway through escrow (and I will be closing my BofA accounts because of their poor performance), but Janet referred us to a lender who was still able to save our escrow in time. Janet and Rob are true professionals and we were lucky to have them represent us.
