First time home buyer here - Working with Brant was a pleasure. He helped us find a place we otherwise wouldn't have looked at, but it checked all our boxes and then some. He helped explain the negotiating process and worked with seller to come to a good agreement. Once we were in contract, I had several issues securing a loan, and Brant consistently and reliably maintained contact with the sellers to ensure everyone was on the same page and we were able to get everything sorted in order to close. Strongly recommend.

When we began to look at properties, during COVID19, Collin was very patient with us changing our direction of type of properties. Collin always responded quickly we we attempted to contact him. Katie is a go-getter. She was informative and available to our needs every step of the way. She responded to all texts, calls, and emails, and was willing to take the time to walk us through the entire process and answer all of our questions.
