Confident, intelligent, and pragmatic, Jessyka Sommers Soto doesn’t let the grass grow under her feet. She started at David Lyng Real Estate in early 2010 and just a year later was named President’s Club Elite Champion; a reflection of Jessyka’s natural passion for real estate.   • Jessyka listed and sold my home

      Jessyka listed our property which was outside of her normal scope of real estate market that she covered. She listed it because we chose her to represent us as a buying agent in her normal market. She quickly got a pulse of the local real estate market, noted it was heating up, and listed our price about 5% above the most recent transaction in our condo complex. Her listing was professional with aesthetically pleasing photos, so we quickly received calls. Jessyka successfully negotiated with 2 potential buyers to get us the best price. We sold for over 10K above listing.

    • Jessyka helped me buy a home

        Jessyka represented my wife and I when we relocated to Soquel. Her knowledge of the market was outstanding, and she was able to help us to find a home that fit our needs. We purchased our home with a VA loan, which creates some additional red tape and sometimes an unwillingness of sellers to work with you. Jessyka was able to act as our advocate and educate the listing agents on the VA loan process. By doing so, we were able to purchase our home, which my wife and I are very happy with.
