I've closed 1400 sales through San Diego county from the coastline east to Alpine and from Camp Pendleton to the mexican border. This sales volume has been possible because of honesty, hardwork, practise of the golden rule and continual upgrading of my real estate education and knowledge plus the best support team I could possibly ask for and has resulted in me consistently selling in the top 1% range of U.S. agents. This vast amount of experience under all the different market conditions of the 80's, 90's and 2000's has given me broad professional exposure to the entire myriad of residential real estate problems enabling me to give experienced counsel to my clients.
