Jocelyn worked with us on finding two rental homes during the course of a year while we were trying to decide where to live in the north county SD area. She located the homes and made all arrangements for us quickly. When we decided to buy in the area, she located a beautiful home for us in San Elijo Hills. The home had everything we were looking for and more. Jocelyn made all arrangements for the purchase, helped us with the financing by recommending an excellent title company, and was able to arrange a very fast closing to coordinate with the move out date on our rental. Jocelyn remained in constant contact with us throughout the deal, took care of all the paperwork electronically so it was easy for us, and helped us in every aspect of the stressful home buying procedure. Let me start off by saying I am a particularly picky individual when it comes to services. That being said, I have purchased a home before and have worked with many realtors in my past (buyers/sellers) and none compare to Jocelyn. Her real-estate acumen, honesty, integrity are unmatched by any in the profession. There was one scenario where I found the home of my dreams and Jocelyn actually talked me out of it (possibly costing her a sale) because she didnt feel it was the right place for me. She was correct.Jocelyn showed me 30+ properties over the course of 2 years. When I met Jocelyn, she recognized I was not yet finding the property I wanted, so she recommended and helped me rent for another year before getting back into the market. Who does that?On the actual sale, we put in an offer on the house we finally decided would be perfect for our family, but the seller went with a cash offer instead. That offer ended up falling through and Jocelyn immediately called me that evening and had our offer resubmitted within an hour. In that time, two higher offers came through and Jocelyn still managed to get our offer accepted.Jocelyn was the friendliest realtor; she never put any pressure and treated my money as if it were her own. She was very responsive via text/email/phone. I probably would have just kept on renting if it werent for Jocelyn.
