All I can say is WOW about Joel and how quickly and efficiently he handled the short sale of our home. From the time we listed the house, Joel was actively marketing our home for sale. Multiple (5+) offers were received in a matter of days!!! We picked the best one and submitted to our 1st and 2nd mortgage company for review and approval.
