I highly recommend Joesef. We began our home search 3 years ago when we were in no way ready to purchase a home. Joesef was so patient with us as we came and went from looking at homes. He never pressured us or seemed irritated that we weren't immediately ready to purchase. When we finally were ready, he was very helpful, setting us up with a local lender who was amazing and made the process refreshingly easy. He gives fantastic advice and tailored the homes we visited to our specific criteria. Most of all, Joesef was fun to work with, always up-beat and enjoyable to be around. Joesef made the experience personal and did his best to accommodate all our unique needs, including working hard to close our escrow as soon as possible since we're expecting a new baby in a few weeks. Joesef was my agent on two occasions - both challenged his talents! The first was a "long distance" purchase ; he showed me everything in the area even remotely similar to my criteria over what seemed like an eternity of weekly visits to the area. I ultimately landed on a FSBO and he represented me. We were able to close escrow within 2 days of the sale of my home so my "homelessness" was brief. The second was for the sale of my home - so I could purchase a nearby "offer one can't resist" - but another FSBO. *Joesef marketed my home for maximum exposure and ended up selling it twice! (the first contract failed at the last minute) By that time we were down to the wire on the contingency for my new home and had only 5 weeks to complete a sale. *Working with a "new" title company, (both deals had to close simultaneously by this time) Joesef didn't miss a beat keeping up with other agents, the title company and even lenders to ensure success. *The second buyers were out of the area so everything was done by E-docs, FAX and overnight mail! Joesef even picked up docs from the title company and hand carried them to ensure they would be recorded in time on the very last day. *Both contracts were recorded on time! I doubt there are many other agents who would have gone this extra mile *Based on his instructions to me re all disclosures, he exhibits the highest level of ethics and honesty in his business. *Finally, he put up with my frustrations in a most kind, patient manner! *THROUGH ALL OF THIS WE MUST NOTE that these were not sales in the "high rent" district; there was no huge commission offered as an incentive. It's just Joesef's way of doing business each and every day. Thank you, Joesef, for a job well done - three times now
