And with me as a first time home buyer, they showed a great deal of patience and courtesy to explain everything in detail every step of the way to help me learn the home buying process. Firstly, both the buyers and sellers lived out of state, the property had existing tenants, and the lease needed to be carried out until the next year. We couldnt even think of a way to handle this, but with John and Lacys help, we closed our escrow within 10 days!
