A pleasure to work with, always accommodating, never critical, calm and friendly. Helpful and a real problem solver even on glitches with the loan process to getting the paperwork we needed. Showed us all the houses we wanted to see, many times we saw 6 houses in one outing. His opinion was right on be it praise, or to point out possible future issues. Computer communications and texting saved a lot of time in planning and making appointments. It was great to see the forms we needed on line in a short while.

Jordan was great!!!!! Five exclamation points! He was thoughtful and thorough. This process was a lot tougher than expected, such an emotional rollercoaster. Although the listing agent was less than desirable to work with (a complete and utter understatement), Jordan kept and continues to keep us in loop. As a first time homebuyers, we've run the gauntlet, offer accepted, low appraisal, multiple offer, etc. Jordan kept our best interests at the forefront. And, WE GOT THE HOME!!!

They went above and beyond to: provide proper advice for pricing and staging, continually check on the house (since I was out of town during the closing of the sale) and provide recommendations on folks who could take donations as well as provide valuations on large donations. Besides holding open homes, having good relationships wth other realtors, providing exceptional photos and a write-up for the listing, this team has excellent marketing and cost analysis skills - which are helpful in allowing you to know how to best continue to market and price your property. Jordan and Lauren are proactive, super nice and communicate continually with you via email, text and/or phone as you prefer. They also helped us move some storage units out of the garage at the last minute!You will enjoy working with this knowledable, dynamic and honest couple.
