DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENT....total credibility issue .. DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENT FOR ANY KIND OF TRANSACTIONS. I have gone through HELL when he brought a client to my house. He knows that the client is having only temporary job and this agent qualified him and wrote a contract for my house which is more than half a million dollar worth and I accepted the contract. Right from the day I got the contract, all his activities appeared suspicious but I did not know what I should do. He even made me to vacate the house completely by producing absolutely FALSE confidence on behalf of his agent. He even demanded 4 days advance access to my house on behalf of client to perform some tasks. Finally a day before the closing day he sent cool email saying loan did not go through..but buyer is interested to stay as tenant and bla bla bla...Is he serious ? How in the world I can rent to this client my house ? Is he trying to grab my house ? This agent made me to go through loss of 45 days market for my house . He made me to lose minimum 30 potential customers in 45 days. I had to go through hell lot of relocation expenses to vacate my house. He even demanded HOA resale package for which I paid $250. Then I had to go through many other expenses and TOTALLY HELL situation . Feel free to contact me .
