We've used Joe now to sell two houses. One in a down market and one in an up market. He is tremendous. In the down market he was still able to get us a good price that exceeded our purchase costs. He is very well organized, has a great network of crafts people for prepping the house and getting it on the market, did a great job of pricing and marketing the house. In the up market the house moved quickly and we got $77K over asking, in the down market it took a number of months, but Joe persevered and found a buyer. We can't say enough great things about him. He is Great!
