We used Josh to both sell our house and buy a new one. Since then, our old neighbors have been inquiring about who sold our house so quickly and for such a great price. Josh's advice about what to do to our home to get it ready for market, though tough to hear at first was absolutely the right call. His attention to detail, patience, hard work and diligence is unmatched. We have not worked with such a trustworthy and committed realtor before.
