- Joyce and I connected, but did no business
For a realty company that exists for the purpose of renting her own properties, I could never recommend Magic Realty or Joyce. She accepted our application with fees knowing full well we had pets, her listing said pets were acceptable, we had multiple references for them, we gave her all the employment and other information she asked for, our credit is totally fine, yet she denied our application but kept our application fees with no valid reason. In the meantime, all the other properties which fit our parameters were taken by other renters. The entire transaction borders on criminal and was unprofessional.
