Julie is just awesome. We were moving in from out of state and Julie helped us in a big way. She gave us video home tours when we were not in town and also showed us a variety of houses to give us a good knowledge base . Eventually when we selected the house, she bargained well and helped us all along the way. Truly recommend her as a realtor. SHE IS THE BEST !!!!

Julie is very professional,respectful, knowledgeable with what she does. What I really like with Julie is she continue to communicate with us even months after we bought our house and also helping us to connect with local contractors that can help us fix our house since our place is in backcountry and hard to get anybody to hire without charging a lot. If I have a chance to buy another property she will definitely my real state agent again, very satisfied:)

Julie is a top notch agent. She went above and beyond for us. She was always available to answer questions and explain the process. The agent on the buyer's side was not easy to work with, nor was she professional. Julie maintained her professionalism throughout our entire sale. I highly recommend her, buying or selling.

We were serious buyers who offered asking price for a property Julie represented. Julie never returned our emails/calls, did not provide an opportunity to counter, and didn’t even let us know they accepted another offer. Shame too, because we would have been willing to go much higher than our initial offer. Her seller def lost out on potential profits. Very unprofessional. Do not work with. Too many other good agents out there.
