Awful. This agent misrepresented a rental property prior to taking fist months rent and a deposit. The townhouse on longboat key in FL is in a construction zone there are porta johns and an industrial sized dumpster in our DRIVEWAY that have been moved in recently. She has been unprofessional and actually threatened me on the phone. We have contacted legal representation

Kathy worked very hard for us. She was always professional.

Terrible. She did nothing for me. All she did was show me a few houses, I found the one I purchased, she just did the showing. Then left on a cruise, leaving me to go to settlement alone, which resulted in complications, and hardship. Would never use her, nor recommend her.
