My experience was he told me he had stepped down from dealing with a property that wouldn't accept Section 8, however the property remains on his website. It's unfortunate to me that it would appear someone would choose to continue dealing with someone unwilling to follow the laws regarding prejudice towards renters.

Wicked person. Shady as they come. Everyone who's dealt with him as a landlord has been robbed of their deposit. Disgusting excuse for a human being.
