Ken was awesome! We completed a transaction from Northern California and were not able to be at the home for the walkthroughs or inspections. Ken was able to make sure that everything went smoothly when we couldn't be there. He provided us top quality videos and pictures of our new home during the entire process. He is really responsive and knowledgable about the entire process. Before I would ask a question, he seemed to already know what it would be and answered it prior. This is our third home purchase and both wife and I were both really impressed with Ken. I highly recommend him as your real estate agent.

My wife and I just got the keys to our very firs condo. We were so impressed with Ken and we highly recommend him to any buyer interested in a trustworthy, responsive, and caring professional. Buying a home is an intense process and Ken was always willing to do whatever he could to make the process easy and understandable for us. Ken has lots of connections with vendors to get good deals on repairs. Ken was also a strong negotiator who got us credit on our closing costs, even though our accepted offer was $15,000 below asking. He also really got to know what we wanted and did not try to get us to purchase a house we could not afford to gain a higher fee. We are very happy we chose Ken as our agent and we plan to use him for all of our real estate related needs in the future.

Ken was fantastic, Both my wife and I were unfamiliar with the real estate market in San Diego county and Ken was able to show us numerous houses without any scheduling conflicts and provided us with all of the pertinent information regarding the listings. Ken was extremely easy to contact with any questions and concerns with first time buying/commitments, great with scheduling any further inspections and the whole home buying process. Ken was very easy to work with. We had multiple offers within a week of the listing and the house sold at the high end of the asking range. Ken handled the negotiations with the prospective buyers very well. Very happy with the results.

Ken is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable of the various areas in San Diego, true home values, possible credits, financial assistance and smart investments. He knows both sides of home buying both as a seller and buyer; which is great as he let us know whenever a home was overpriced or a steal. He was always very professional and timely.
