Kevin has helped us over many years with selling two properties and recently purchasing a new one. He and his team are very personable, efficient, and make things happen! Two people were recommended to me by a friend at a big mortgage company to help me sell my Mom's house after she passed. I chose Kevin because I really felt like he would work his butt off for me and my sisters. To get the house ready, I removed as much stuff as I could. Then Kevin took over as I really didn't/couldn't be involved anymore - and he did. He had people come and remove old landscaping at super reasonable pricing, had people to clean the house and replace a broken window and install new shower doors (all very reasonable, too). Even arranged for the final junk (like an old dresser in the garage and paint cans that were 40 years old) to be removed. He just took care of it.He kept the look-y-loo's away along with the flippers. And when we got an offer we liked and went forward, he managed everything from there including a last minute little leak in the roof. Kevin said his real value came during escrow and it's true. When they tried to bring the price down after inspection, we were reasonable and fair but we stayed true to our original deal.I would use Kevin again in a heartbeat. His office assistant, Tami, was awesome, too. They really cared about doing their best for me, my Mom and my sisters.

We had interviewed a number of agents and Kevin's experience and knowledge of the market impressed us. Then after using his services we were blown away. He was always available and returned calls. We needed to get the house ready as we had lived there for 25 years. He had contractors available not only at reasonable rates but also who provided high quality services. Kevin knew exactly what we needed to have done to the house to prepare it for sale and more importantly what we did not need to do. Our house sold in 4 days with multiple offers above list. Kevin and his office helped us all the way through the process even after escrow closed. If we ever buy another house in San Diego we would not hesitate to use Kevin again. Kevin Sheedy was a pleasure to deal with during the sale of my mother's home. He took over in the beginning helping us to get the house ready for sale. He arranged the contractors and met them and got us reasonable bids. He then got the work done in a few weeks which we did not think he could do since it would have taken us months due to our work schedules. He was honest about everything and things worked out just like he said. We got a great price and he kept the cost of termite and repairs low. We felt like he always had our best interests in mind. When the buyer wanted tons of repairs, Kevin was able to get the agent and buyer to back off of a ridiculous repair request list and make things reasonable for everyone. That is his special skill.
