Krystal is, by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with! My husband and I were very wary about selling our house and buying a new one based on our past horrible experiences with real estate agents, but we are so glad we took the leap with her! Not only was she able to get what we wanted on the sell of our house, but she was able to sell it in only 2 days!!!!! Finding us a new house was definitely more time consuming than we originally thought, due to the fact that we could not be in a neighborhood with a HOA because of my husband's work truck and we needed to stay in a certain school district, but Krystal gladly tackled the job with no complaints or reservations. She was constantly on top of new listings as they hit the market, would respond to us almost immediately when we had questions about any houses we found, and without question she spent countless Saturdays and weeknights showing us house after house until we found the one. On top of it all, Krystal was a fierce negotiator and would not back down on anything we told her was important to us or where our purchase price had to be! I cannot speak highly enough of her, I can say we will be recommending Krystal to anyone looking to buy or sell and will gladly use her again!

Krystal was an absolute delight to work with! She made sure we were her number one concern, and not just a pay check. She was very mindful of the things we expected out of a home and produced so many options for us! I found a house on Zillow that I wanted to see and clicked the contact agent link and Krystal contacted me within minutes. Unfortunately that property was already pending when she called about it but that didn't stop her in helping us find a home that is perfect for my family. She always brought professionalism and past experience to each house we looked at. She told me something the first time I meet her that I'll never forget. She said she don't want to just put you into any house. She wanted to make sure it was a solid house that we would be happy with because she didn't want us to call her in a year telling her we wanted to sell because we didn't like it anymore. She listen to what we wanted and she delivered! I will recommend her to all my friends and family looking to buy a house!

Krystal is hands down the best realtor to work with if you are considering a move! We had multiple offers on our home after listing with Krystal, and she was tireless in her search to find a home for us in our target neighborhood. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and always available to answer questions and encouragement throughout every step of the process!

Let me first say that after posting online for a realtor reference, we were barraged with recommendations, and finding Krystal was definitely a needle in a haystack! We ended up interviewing several agents and ultimately decided on Krystal. From the start her energy and enthusiasm was infectious. She managed to stay focused, excited, and professional, while still warm and easy to talk to. After a little bit of preparation on our parts, Krystal had the most amazing photos taken of our home and rewrote the listing to capture the most attention- and boy did it ever! We had 14 viewings in 2 days and 8 offers!! Ultimately we sold for over asking only days after going live!! We are just sorry we moved out of state and were not able to use Krystal for our new home search. She was amazing and we now consider her an invaluable friend!

My wife and I had a great first time buying experience with Krystal. My wife had seen many success stories on Krystal's facebook page for quite some time, and we were most interested in going with a local agent that knows the area. Krystal very clearly has her client's best interests in mind, not just closing a deal. Krystal made sure we understood every step of the process. Unless she was with a client (which is a good thing, because at some point YOU are the client she is focusing on), she was always available for questions or concerns. Krystal will let you know if there are any concerns with a home; we could have been closing on a timebomb house (well, a couple actually) instead of the great home we ended up with. I'm sure there are agents out there that would have been more interested with closing a deal and moving on. Krystal saved us from a 30 year mistake instead of letting the deals go through and being on her way, and we ended up with everything we could want in our first home.

We just closed on our dream house with Krystal and words cant describe how professional she was. Anyone ever had to draft your five star review and it take you a few days to post? Well I have with this girl! Krystal earned her commission before she even listed my home just by the exceptional photos she provides free of charge to you and your listing! We had multiple offers and Krystal remained calm. She knew it wasnt the ones to accept. She waited to act till we got the right offer. You know the offer for full asking price and no closing contribution! Hooray! Then we went to find my new home! With inventory being slim, Krystal still sent everything to me possible and pouted with me. Haha! But seriously I could hear the sincere worry in her voice that we wouldnt find what she calls LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! We did together. She sent me like 15 links on a Friday night and one of the links was for the house I am now the owner of! Woke up Saturday morning and she got my offer in as the buyer FIRST offer. Seller accepted early that afternoon! Krystal stands by her clients! We closed a week ago today and she is still trying to make sure I have my AC and that its repaired properly today. Another thing Krystal is very very mindful of making sure her clients stay within their budget and not go in over their heads. Speaks volumes when youre working on commission based income. I could go on and on about Krystal and her energy to make sure that you love love love it!
