It felt like I was looking for a home with a friend rather than a real estate agent. Lenna was always responsive to my needs and willing to work with my schedule. I never felt any pressure and with each home we looked at felt that I gained more valuable knowledge and insight into the San Diego real estate market. I absolutely love my new home and wouldn't be here without Lenna's help.

Lenna was my agent when I bought my condo in San Diego. This was my first-ever real estate transaction, and Lenna helped me make sense of the bewildering mass of paperwork involved. I was really glad to have her overseeing things because I knew I could trust her judgment and expertise. Having dealt with a number of agents for our three home purchases and sales, I would have to say that Lenna is one of the BEST! There was never a time where I felt pressured, annoyed for lack of response, or lost for lack of knowledge/input. She always seemed to be in sync with our thought process and knew just what we needed at any particular moment in time. Her advice was always "spot-on" and led to us getting THE house - even though it was already under contract by the time we were ready to make an offer! First, I would like to say Lenna Doyle found us our dream home in a very competitive real estate market!. Lenna was referred to us by a friend and we would highly recommend working with Lenna to buy/sell your property. Lenna is very easy to work with and responsive - she answers all phone calls and emails. She is also knowledgeable, creative and has superb negotiation skills!

I can't express in words how wonderful Lenna is. I met her at an open house about a year before I started seriously looking, and she kept us on her email list in a very non-aggressive manner. When I started looking seriously, my husband & I were actually kind of working with a few other agents, but she was the only one I felt we could be honest with about our price range and down payment, and had our best interests at heart. She sat us down and explained the Ins & Outs of real estate and was willing to work with our budget & in the limited area we wanted to live. She said as long as we were patient, she didn't mind helping us. When something came on the market, she would jump on it, willing to meet us on our time (including before work) to check out a place. She would try to talk to listing agents even when the owners/banks were asking for cash or a down payment we couldn't afford. Through her diligence in looking for new listings and ones that came back on the market, we found a condo in our price range in the area we wanted relatively quickly. She was also aggressive in talking down some of the transfer fees on the HOA docs and was willing to (almost literally) hold our hands during the entire process. After the inspection when we realized we would need repairs, she brought in second opinions and contractors to give us estimates of the repairs so we knew exactly what we were getting into. She even followed up after we moved in when we had some unexpected repairs!Later on, she also remembered that we were looking for a dog & forwarded us info on a rescue that we ended up adopting! Lenna really cares about her clients and has definitely changed our lives!

Lenna was recommended to us by a good friend of ours and we were so happy with our experience. We were very fortunate to find a home we loved early on - after only three days of home tours. Lenna was able to help us make a competitive offer on a home we really wanted and our first and only offer was accepted. Our offer was at the very bottom of the seller's range, but Lenna was able to get it accepted without any counter offers. Lenna was patient with my endless questions and was extremely responsive to emails, texts, and calls at literally all hours of the day. I would absolutely use Lenna again and recommend to friends and family!

Lenna helped me acquire a dream house. I was gone on business trips during most of the negotiation and she did an outstanding job representing me. She understood what I was looking for in this house. She was on top of all the points of the deal. She counseled me very effectively during the whole process.

First of all let me note I am a novice at property purchases and paper protocol on sales. Lenna Doyle had the utmost patience with me in my ignorance. She helped me immensely without showing any frustration. Lenna explained details in the purchase sometimes more than once, due to my lack of understanding! She is what I call a God Send! The Lord knew exactly what I needed and provided Lenna to guide me through it all. We spent several days looking for rental investments and she kept within my means and did not try to push or sway me one way or the other. Super Fantastic!! She answered late nite emails and early morning calls from me. Lenna and I had a mutual friend that told me to give her a call when she knew of my search for property in the San Diego area. Lenna helped me find and purchase a condo in La Jolla, she was very helpful and patient with me throughout the entire search. She also did a great job of explaining everything in the closing process and keeping me informed the entire time.

Lenna is truly awesome to have as an agent! She was on top of the ins and outs of house hunting and buying, which proved invaluable for us first-time buyers all the way from checking out condos to bidding to entering escrow to closing escrow. She has numerous contacts to handle various inspections. She worked at a brisk pace with our lender. Everything went smoothly and we closed well ahead of our estimate! She went out of her way in enabling us to sign the gazillion documents/releases/etc. using DocuSign instead of physically signing them. She was also very responsive via text/call/email and handled any issues that arose quickly and thoroughly. Overall, she is knowledgeable, scrupulous, reliable, honest, professional, friendly, and polite--a killer combination for an agent!

Lenna is a very knowledgable, warm and hardworking person. I bought a unit with her help. The process is very smooth. For a brief moment I thought of changing the carpet to hardwood flooring , but HOA asked me to knock my neighbor's doors to get signatures' of approval, and I didn't have the time, she offered to do it on my behalf. Though in the end I decided to give the idea up, but I knew that she would be willing to go out of her way to help me. I am very grateful.

Lenna is an amazing realtor that really cares about her clients. She has now sold us 2 homes and I would recommend her to everyone. She is extremely patient and keeps our best interests in mind. With our first home, I had other realtors try to pressure us into homes we didn't feel comfortable, meanwhile Lenna would always steer us back to our original assessment and remind us of our "non-negotiables". I also felt I could be honest with our budget and what we were comfortable with while others may try to get you to max out what you're qualified for. She also makes us feel important regardless of our budget / location; you can tell with some agents they're straining to be excited about the area.She's extremely patient as we started looking for our new home more than 3 years ago. Throughout the purchasing process, she really gives a full-service product. She makes sure you're protected and getting a fair deal (i.e. we wouldn't remove contingencies until everything was in place to make sure we didn't lose our deposit). She recommended repair people and even made some calls to get things started (which is technically not her job!). She recommended property managers for our condo and had tips on where to list it to get it rented. She also fought to get at least some of the closing costs on both of our sales to cover repairs / other costs. As a comparison, on an investment property when I suggested that to an out-of-state agent, he never called me back! She's genuine and cares a great deal about the quality of her work. She had even remembered that one of our reasons for our original purchase was that we wanted to have and dog. Once everything went through she even sent us information about a rescue, which he has been with us now for 6 years!

We've worked with Lenna twice to both buy and sell our house, and we've been extremely pleased with her knowledge and dedication both times. She does her research and goes out of her way to take care of things that, as a buyer or seller, you may not be aware of. She explains all the processes in detail and helps you feel comfortable with your decisions. She will go above and beyond to help you. She really knows the market and trends and my wife and I would highly recommend her.
