    helped me buy a home

AGENT LORIANN GIACALONE If I could give this business zero stars I certainly would. This review is specifically in regards to the Agent LORIANN GIACALONE. Let me start of by saying Loriann is one of the most unprofessional people I have EVER had the displeasure of working with in any business transaction. If you are looking for a professional and ethical agent look elsewhere. The problems began once the escrow closed. I was given only two days notice prior to my move and this was only after weeks of asking what day I could move in and what time I could get the key. EVEN AFTER MY ESCROW CLOSED I didn't know when I could move into my own home. When I arrived I found significant damages that couldn't be seen in walkthrough's and were never disclosed to me. Furthermore, the property was nowhere clean enough to stay in. I had to stay at a relatives house while the repairs were being completed. I followed up with my realtor who in turn forwarded the email to her. This was her response..... ''sorry the buyer is unhappy, seller helped them with $8k in closing costs a washer dryer, the seller is disablied.. its hard for him to move around...the condo is what it is, no different then when they first looked at the home, its a nice patio home, better then a stack on stack condo...the sellers rushed to move out losing the extra day even if they did have the extra day as agreed swould of not been professional clean unless it was written in the contract ....I'm sorry the buyer cant understand how hard to clean and move all in on day, at least they moved, there purchase didn't close, VA cert not transferred VA office shut down to weather, cant process it locally any more...we did your best to get Flanders vacant... Loriann'' Keep in mind that the sellers rented the property from me for a week and on top of that had an additional two days to move so technically they didn't have one day to move they had a week and two days. Furthermore because they were renters they are liable for damages that occurred in the week they rented the property. It was their duty to repair or disclose any damages and compensate for any unrepaired damages. They also tried to leave their pets behind. Yes, you read that right. They tried ,while I was absent to return the moving truck, to leave their pets behind and my family told them numerous times to take them before they finally did begrudgingly. When my realtor tried to remedy the situation Loriann told outright lies to the seller, my realtor and her own CEO. It was completely unethical for her to attack me. Even worse was when I contacted the CEO of the company he took her word for what happened and dismissed my concerns. Further discussion resulted in continued deterioration in Loriann's professionalism (or what was left of it). She doesn't deserve anyone's business. I had done nothing wrong and she attacked me in every response instead of keeping it professional and showing some understanding. The fact that I wasn't compensated is a travesty but became a side issue to that Loriann saw nothing wrong with what had occurred and freely attacked me. When I addressed this issue personally with her she kept dragging other people into discussions and never responded directly to me (supposedly my realtor told her not to respond which I find completely out of line if true since this was me as individual addressing her behavior towards me and had nothing to do with the transaction).
