My experience with Mrs. Shields is unbelievable beyond great! I am truly glad to have her as my agent before I was about to make a terrible mistake. She took the time to explain in detail, knowledgeable to every concern and question I had. It's hard to find people that have the patience and willing, no matter how long, but time to listen and help.

Disappointed in the overall process. It took over 60 days to close. Initially, we lost 2000 dollars on a home because she placed us near a landfill. Mrs. Shields never took ownership! Also, she was never transparent when negotiating. We got bits and pieces of information after the fact. After closing, we were told that we had a week to move out of our old home. However, we learned that the key and home alarm code was given to new home owner. That wasn't the agreement. The new home owner actually was going in and out of the home while our personal belongings were still present. When confronted, Mrs Shields responded by saying "it would be ok, just tell the new home owner who you". After the process, we didn't feel she had our best interest.
