- Marian listed, but didn't sell, my home
We felt she did not perform the duties expected when selling our home. It was on the market with her company for 6 mo and only when we changed realtors did it sell and for the asking price in a month. I had to make suggestions for Open Houses. She told me everything I had to get rid of in the house. We felt she was more interested in high end sales. We actually found the home we purchased. Unfortunately she was still our contracted realtor and we had to go with her. Wish I could have given all the commission to the realtor selling the home we purchased.
