My experience with Markus is different than the other rave reviews youll read about him because there wasnt a sale or a purchase. But that doesnt mean Markus failed. Quite the opposite! Let me explain:After 20 years of owning and restoring a beautiful historic home on a street of friendly neighbors in a neighborhood to-die-for, a series of health setbacks led to financial debts that I could no longer handle. I didnt want to sell my home, but I couldnt see any other solution for remedying my situation and reducing my stress. Markus came highly recommended to me by my cousin and his wife and within minutes of meeting him, I could see why.Markus is professional, courteous, prompt, compassionate, hard-working, ethical, funny, intelligent (he has two law degrees and the wisdom to not be a lawyer!), and he genuinely cares about his clients. Indeed, you could make a list of all the positive adjectives in the dictionary and the vast majority would apply to Markus. I know this to be true because after listing my home, marketing it (friends were amazed by the high caliber of the campaign he created), negotiating with realtors, presenting me with buyers offers, and showing me options in my new price range, Markus understood when I said to him, I cant do it. I cant sell. Heres the thing...at the very last minute, friends, family members, and neighbors came out of the woodwork with ideas and new solutions for me regarding my financial situation. All agreed I shouldnt sell the home I dearly loved. Some of their ideas were even pretty good and gave me the confidence to change course. The hardest part was telling Markus, but while doing so, his integrity was revealed most clearly -- he truly wanted what was best for me. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Markus Feldman. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. His guidance was far more than just directional, but educational. He is honest, professional yet, hands-on (he took the time to help us understand the complexities of the real estate market and process).
