Marti Kilby

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Marti Kilby. We would agree that she was the person most responsible for us getting the house that we wanted in the San Diego area. Although she works with a lot of clients and we were coming to the table looking for modestly priced homes in a very competitive price bracket, she made us a priority. She was always scanning the market for us and we got a call 30 minutes after the home that we amazingly were able to get hit the market. She was very professional and protected our interests in dealing with the sellers and the broker, and we always felt that she was in our corner. We have dealt with quite a few agents in our home search and Marti was heads and shoulders above anyone we met.

We feel so lucky to have found Marti to handle our short sale. We talked to several agents and she was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable and sympathetic to our initial needs and concerns. It was very difficult to know we had to sell our home of 20 years and she "held our hands" thru the process and never once did I feel it was all about the commission for her.......she absolutely cares about her clients and she was very effective in negotiating with the bank and prospective buyers. She has a experienced team that gets the job done quickly and professionally. We highly recommend her.
