I sold my home in Manassas with Matt. He came in a couple months prior to listing to advise me on what steps I should take to prepare my home for the sale. Matt Spinosa comes with our highest recommendation. We'd give 10 stars if we could. Selling a home you've loved and lived in for many years is hard. Downsizing magnifies the pain. Relocating out of state doubles down on it! Our timeline didn't leave much room physically or emotionally to find a new home, pack and vacate the old one AND manage the sale of a place we'd filled with cherished memories. It was a lot to get through but thankfully, we had Matt. Matt was our friend, realtor, marketeer, house-watcher, educator and sometimes therapist as we tried to handle (often remotely) the sale of our very large, beloved home in an uncertain economy.
