Mercy Lugo-Struthers is the CEO and Principal Broker for Casals, Realtors®, a boutique brokerage in Northern Virginia. Mercy launched her professional career in business management and marketing over 30 years ago after completing her Master’s degree at Northwestern University and her Bachelor’s at Syracuse University. Before starting Casals, Mercy managed the national brand marketing and multi-million dollar budgets for a number of major US corporations. It was in this capacity that she discovered her passion for customer centric initiatives, real estate and her desire to build her own brand and company.
