Michael Adams

Michael was very knowledgeable of the area. He listened to my requirements and knew exactly where to go to find my house. Here’s a true story, Michael took me to a house that he said checked everything I wanted. However, when we arrived at the house, the yard was over grown and unkept. I refused to even get out of the car. A few days later as we were out viewing houses, Michael took me back to the house. He told me I had to see the house. He agreed that the yard was not presentable, but he had called the listing agent to let him know my reaction and they corrected the situation. The yard was mowed and the house was broom cleaned. I told Michael I had already wasted time previously driving to this location and if I did not like the house it would reflect non favorably on him. When we entered the home, I made the decision to purchase the house within two minutes! He nailed it. He went above and beyond to satisfy my home buying needs. I am not an easy customer but he came through for me for my last three home purchases here in Arlington.
