Michelle Roberts

It was a truly horrible experience dealing with Michelle Roberts. She exhibited unprofessional behavior in the whole process after she got the listing. After I listed with her and shared with others who I had chosen, I was notified of her condescending, belittling, and emotional labile behavior. After I listed my home, She was upset with me that I did not take the first low ball offer from the buyer. I still feel that my home was underpriced and settled on a low price. She told a close friend she regrets listing my house. She called me a nightmare and a five letter word(B...) --I told her that I wanted to unlist my house with her and she became irate!!!She threatened to sue me for her time and the photographer!!! I have a text message from her after I texted her she needs to apologize to me. She texted back "sorry I lost my cool"" This is just one example of her "bipolar" personality. Selling a home is an emotional experience, one does not need the additional stress of a difficult realtor. I did not recommend her to my neighbors as they asked me of my experience. On the other hand, Jeff her husband who does most of the communications is a gentleman ---Michelle gives realtors a bad name !!!! Michelle was interested in making a sale no matter what the cost was to me. Do not choose Michelle Roberts unfortunately I learned only too late!!!!!!!!!!!!!
