Miguel brings to APR a wealth of skill and professionalism. Before starting a career in real estate, Miguel spent 20 years working for Eastman Kodak* as an engineer where the priority was building strong client relationships. Being "raised" in this culture has carried throughout Miguel's life and his career in real estate. Maintaining strong relationships with his clients is his number one priority. Coupled with his strong work ethic, Miguel's clients reap the benefits of these core values. Born in Peru, Miguel has made the Bay Area his home for most of his life. He and his family are happy residents of Contra Costa County. Miguel has helped clients throughout the Bay Area covering San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties and beyond. Miguel is a member of the California Association of REALTORS, Contra Costa Association of REALTORS, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and is Certified Distressed Property Educated.
