Mike was always available for any showing we requested on our purchase. He checked the comps usually before and was ready with a suggested offer. On the selling side he knows everyone you need to get your house setup and has good suggestions as far as value to sell. He's a good communicator, has realistic expectations for what a property is worth, and he knows the Johnson County area extremely well
