Mission Statement I respond quickly and thoroughly. I am an expert at what I do. I always listen carefully to you. I stay up to date with the market, with new laws and new strategies. I speak frankly about both the pros and cons of every property and I'm am honest about what I don't know. I surround my self with a team of excellent advisors that I feel comfortable referring people to for tax, legal and financial advice. Experience I have been practicing Real Estate since 2004. I deal pretty much exclusively in residential real estate, meaning houses, condos, mobile homes and properties with up to 4 units. Most of my business tends to be in Santa Cruz County, although I also work in Santa Clara and Monterey Counties when that works best for my clients. I don't mind scouting out houses in advance for you or doing video walks throughs when needed. I am a believer in doing your "due diligence." Whether you are a buyer or a seller, I put your home or your prospective home through an extensive checklist to make sure there are no issues that come back to bite you later.
