From the initial contact and throughout the complete transaction Mirna and her team partner Susanne have been sterling in their customer service! We would give them 10 stars if we could. Before we even met to interview them they sent out the introductory packet so we could familiarize ourselves. When they arrived for the meeting to present the market analysis and presentation they were both fully prepared, they had obviously done their homework and eloquently presented all information in a professional, personable and confident manner. They both said they would work hard for us and they have certainly lived up to that statement! We decided to go with them as a team for several reasons. We appreciated the assertiveness as well as the very comprehensive marketing plan to get the maximum exposure for our property. Upon agreement to sell with them the timeline was immediately put into place and they had professional photos taken of our condo, scheduled an open house that included food and refreshments for guests.
