Nathan was raised in the heart of Raleigh, graduating from Sanderson High School and NC State University. His father has worked in real estate in the Triangle area for over 30 years, providing Nathan with the opportunity to be around the business most of his life.
Nathan acquired his NC real estate license in 2006, then specialized in buyer's agency for investors acquiring new properties within his father's successful Clayton area property management business. Nathan created his own property management firm in the Wake Forest area in 2008. He has extensive experience working with all aspects of property management in the Wake Forest, Rolesville, Youngsville, and North Raleigh areas.
