When I began my real estate career, the industry climate was very different from what we see today. Clients were everywhere and low quality, inexperienced agents were entering the field feverishly. Hostile client/agent relationships were commonplace. I was born in the Napa Valley, third generation. I felt that conducting myself in the way the rest of the real estate industry was, would be an insult to both my and my family's integrity. As Robert Frost so eloquently put it, I decided to take "the road less traveled by." My career grew at a slower, but steady pace. I was determined to not only have a large number of repeat and referral clients, but to have that be the core part of my business.
