They fulfilled on everything they said they would do and communicated everything to us in a timely manner. Nicolas, Jena & the Jonville Team were truly professional and outstanding in every way possible. One of the most important aspects of listing a home is getting the price right. List it too low and you will lose money. List it too high and your home loses market time and often will wind up selling lower than it should have because buyers think there is something wrong with it.Our home was unusual for our neighborhood, and agents had a hard time pricing our home. We interviewed five: two were low, two were high, and one was in the middle. The suggested values differed by over 200,000! Fortunately, we relied on the Jonville Team because they have a track record of getting the pricing right, and our home sold at the high end of that range. Others we interviewed basically told us we were crazy, but our home sold in only two days!
