- Nicole never responded to my request
Has failed to contact buyer in home listing. Did not submit offer to seller and seller had no knowledge of offer being submitted. Meanwhile lying and saying seller accepted other offer.Contacted seller and seller was said no such offer or any other offer was submitted.Very sketchy and questionable practice which seems to be a family affair, fraud or scam ran by her and her fiancée of nutmeg properties. They have family members submit good reviews for them but just check them out on Facebook . Seems there are more victims they hold out on buyers offers because they already have an investor/ buyer of there own. I'm Reporting them to the DCP all and submit all documents for their licensed to be revoked !!!
