Mrs. Martin is very consistent with her actions. She makes herself available when needed. She is very knowledgeable about her work and understands the market and how to get the most out of the market. Mrs. Martin is trustworthy and honest, she does not provide the customer with information that they want to hear but with information that is truthful about their situation. We found that very helpful, to know exactly where we are in the process and what the market had for selling our house. We would definitely recommend her to other family members and friends. Knowing how to market you house, when to list it, how to prepare it for a good showing and what price range to list it are all very important points of interest when selling a home. She was very good at all those points. It was an educational experience working with her as well as a successful experience as she got our house sold before we could even get the for sale sign up. We went from a yard with NO sign up to a yard with a SOLD sign up.

I asked her once and she responded: I love what I do! She was always just a phone call away despite the time zone difference between us. Pam would patiently answer my questions I had and sometimes I asked the same questions and she attended to it as if it was my first time asking. She would also answer questions I had about the process of loan and purchasing a home--i.e. applying, pre-approval, approval, appraisal, and closing. The only question I never got an answer to was "when does she sleep?" Having Pam as my agent provided me with a source of positive energy since I was quite often frustrated with the process of loan approval. She was always there by her phone (since I was on the West Coast) to cheer me up and help me refocus. Pam was my guru & my rock. I know, it is a bit odd to be referring to my agent as my rock, but she was my support system, my guide, and my confidant throughout this process. She made this journey a beautiful one and I will always be thankful to her for helping me have a memorable experience of buying my very 1st home.
