- Pat and I connected, but did no business
She referred me to a person "Shirley" whose last name she claimed not to know for contracting to perform services in my home, though I planned to sell it "as is". The quality of the materials and workmanship were inferior. It has been very difficult to contact Shirley or to learn the location & phone number of her company, Ultimate, since the problems with their work became apparent. How could a reputable agent refer a person to Seniors to do work on their homes when Pat claims not to know her last name?? And she has not helped at all in contacting Shirley to get the information I need to correct the problems.
