I have been working with Pat for the last 4 years after experiencing a few realtors in the area. He's my real estate professional of choice. In that time he has helped me buy a home with my significant other, buy an investment condo, sell said condo, and have managed the units when things got super busy at work for me. To say that he is knowledgeable and professional is an understatement. He's able to sell a place or bring in tenants very quickly b/c of his expertise and knowledge of the area. I've never had a month without a tenant. When we bought our home a few years ago, when I sold the condo this year, when needs arose managing the property, he is very communicative on the situation, brings many options to the table, and negotiates for the best outcome.
