I usually do not give perfect scores. When I work with someone like Patrick that takes the time to listen and to get a little education in my industry. It makes my job as a Wood Destroying Organism Inspector (Termite Inspector) a lot less complicated. When I show him what I find then he can in return help his clients understand.

Patrick is a very well educated , knowledgeable and hard working realtor. 2 years ago when I was looking to purchase a home we must have looked at over 100 properties until he found the perfect home for me and my family. I am not the easiest to deal with as I am picky, but he kept working diligently without a complaint. He would be in constant contact with my wife and I and would always update us on new information throughout the whole buying process. With the line of work I am in, I know and can appreciate outstanding service and support, you will get this with Patrick. Patrick was incredible in negotiating the price of our house we purchased last year. He was very helpful in showing us the homes we were interested in, in the areas we were interested in. It only took us 2 weeks to find our house and we couldnt be happier. We also closed in less than 30 days, all in all, it took about 45 days start to finish. Very great, quick experience!

Awesome experience! Extremely patient and thorough agent. Worked with me over a year and still keeps me updated on current market and stats. We just closed on my home he listed in Laguna Niguel . Pat is a gentleman and a true professional. Pat went door knocking in a track for a specific floor plan that we wanted in the Lyon Ridge Community of Aliso Viejo. He found someone who is was willing to sell the floor plan we wanted. We later found out many realtors have been trying to get this home for sale for quite some time. Im convinced it was Pats go getter attitude and ability to relate to the sellers that convinced them to sell. Our financing fell through on 2 separate occasions and Pat was able to keep the sellers engaged and convinced them we would come through. This was a very stressful period but Pat stayed positive through the whole thing. In parallel we put our home on the market which fetched a full price offer in less than 2 weeks and we closed escrow a short 23 days later on our home. All in all we closed the home we purchased and closed our home in less than 45days. I want to add Im an extremely high maintenance personality and rarely ever give anyone a full rating. Pat deserves every star here and I would recommend him to anyone on the purchase or selling side of the real estate equation in a heart beat. Pat was so helpful right from the beginning. He worked together with us to find the right price to list our home, as well as educated us as to the reasons why we should do so. His analysis goes far beyond the past sales comparables. He understands buyers and is abreast of current market demand and where it is heading through continual research.
